38. What contents should be included in a firm offer?

A firm offer should include the time of shipment, the mode of payment desired and an exact description of the goods such as the quantity, quality, specifications, packing, etc. Besides, the validity period is indispensable to a firm offer.

39. What does international business refer to?

International business refers to transaction between parties from different countries or sometimes from different customs areas.
